PTA COUNCIL ANNOUNCES ALIS B. McGRATH FRIEND OF EDUCATION AWARD WINNER
The PTA Council Awards Committee has named Board of Education member Sue Dow as this year's recipient of the Alis B. McGrath Friend of Education Award.
Mrs. Dow has demonstrated her commitment to the cause of excellence in our public schools not only as an elected member of the Fairfield Board of Education, but through her many years of volunteering at all three school system levels, Fairfield SEPTA, as an RTM member, Vice President of QUOTA, member of PAC, and numerous other volunteer efforts on behalf of the children of Fairfield.
Please join us at this year's presentation on Monday, December 7, 7:30 PM at Roger Sherman Elementary School. The presentation will follow the Open House Tour of Sherman's new annex which will begin at 7:00 PM. Refreshments will be served.
